Blackstone Medical Services is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team and help us attract top talent to support our mission in the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Do

Work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.Source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in English.Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.Provide a positive and professional experience to all candidates throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent command of English (C1 level) – both spoken and written.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the recruitment field.Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not required – we value drive and attitude!

Location: Blackstone Medical Services, Mall Mayorca, Sabaneta, Antioquia

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Full-time, Onsite / contrato indefinido

Salary: $3,500,000 COP
