Job Overview:

The IT Assistant will assist with technical issues, including hardware, software, and network support, for English and Spanish-speaking users. This role is key to maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solve technical problems for hardware, software, and networks.Install and maintain computers, software, and devices.

- Support end-users in both English and Spanish. Monitor systems and ensure they work efficiently.

- Creation of credentials for new users.

Requirements:

- Experience in IT support or a similar role.

- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

- Knowledge of Windows/Mac systems and basic networking.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
