FUNCTIONS

· Communicate with patients to secure the sale and schedule the diagnostic medical procedure.

· Address concerns and provide information to patients about Sleep Apnea

· Review with the patient the type of coverage that their insurance provides to enhance their home sleep test.

· Documentation of the information provided by the patient about symptoms related to Sleep Apnea.

REQUIREMENTS

· We are looking for empathetic, multifaceted, passionate, autonomous people with a good conversational command of the English language (b2 onwards), that is, who can express their ideas clearly and assertively, as well as a high sense of integrity in their personal values.

· Proficiency in using a computer and general office software tools.

· Time availability to work in person in the metropolitan area of Medellín (Sabaneta, Antioquia).

· It is important for us to have people with sufficient Emotional Intelligence and other soft skills, who are passionate about their personal goals and achievement oriented.

· English B2 (Required)

Schedules And Location

· Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m USA Calendar

· In person at Sabaneta, Antioquia

Remuneration: 2.850.000COP base + Permanent contract + Uncapped Commissions
