Job Description:

At Blackstone Medical Services, we are looking for Verifications Agents how be able to communicate with insurance companies in order to reach for patient’s benefits.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage details.

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance verifications to facilitate patient care.

· Collaborate with other departments to resolve any insurance-related issues or discrepancies.

· Maintain detailed records of insurance verifications and follow-up actions taken.

· Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance representatives.

Requirements:

· Conversational English (B2)

· Availability to work on site.

· Attention to detail.

Experience in customer service or related (Not mandatory)

Remuneration:

2.610.000 COP

Schedules and Location:

Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
