Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Generalist with HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsibilities to join our team onsite in Medellín. This role will support daily HR operations while also partnering with department leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Support full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and offboarding

Act as HR point of contact for onsite staff, offering guidance and conflict resolution

Collaborate with management to understand business needs and provide people-related solutions

Ensure compliance with Colombian labor law and internal HR policies

Partner with Legal and Finance for payroll, contracts, and benefits

Maintain updated employee records and HR documentation

Identify talent development and retention opportunities

Track and report key HR metrics and KPIs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally with exposure to HRBP functions

Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law and HR best practices

English level: C1 (required for communication with U.S. stakeholders)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
