FUNCTIONS

• Solve problems.

• Answer queries.

• Provide product information.

• Process Orders.

• Manage returns and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Management of complaints and claims to improve the quality of service.

REQUIREMENTS

• We are looking for empathetic, multifaceted, passionate, autonomous people with a good conversational command of the English language (B2 onwards), that is, who can express their ideas clearly and assertively, as well as a high sense of integrity in their personal values.

• Time availability to work in person in the metropolitan area of Me

Schedules And Location:

· Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m USA Calendar

· In person at Sabaneta, Antioquia
